Bodywork by Dustin Nelson and friends

• Before bodywork:
I bought my Hurst/Olds from a guy who was in the process of redewing it but lost interest. He bought it from a friend who hit a guard rail with it. So in the first pictures you can see the car already had a new right front fender, a different door and a new front bumper.
I used this car for my first year auto body project in college.


• During bodywork:
I completely stripped all of the lacquer paint off the top panels and started pulling out previous damage.


• The finished project:
The Hurst is now painted with base coat/clear coat.
